How do I log in to my ExportSonar account?
Enter the work email and the password you chose when the account was created on the sign-in page. The password is checked against a salted PBKDF2 hash, the browser receives the session cookie in the same reply, and you land on the page that shows your plan and watchlist. No email has to be delivered at any point in this flow.
Why is there no 'reset password' email?
Because a reset would mail a credential to an address nobody has just proved they own. The passwordless sign-in link proves it first, so that is the route the site offers, next to the password change available to a visitor who is still signed in and a manual reset by our support team.
