Everything about your own account is on this page. Sign out, read what we store, download it, change your password or delete the account — none of it needs an email to support, and none of it needs JavaScript except where the button says so.

The JSON export includes your account row, watchlist, order records and newsletter state, plus an explicit list of data we hold that is not linked to your email address.

Change your password

Sign in first — changing a password needs a session. Sign in

Changing your password issues a new session and cancels the one used to make the change, so other copies of the old cookie stop working.

We cannot email you a reset link yet. Receiving mail servers are currently refusing messages from ExportSonar, so a "forgot password" email would never arrive. Until that is fixed (checked on 2026-10-29), write to support@exportsonar.com from the address on the account and we will reset it for you. We would rather say this than show a reset button that silently does nothing.

Delete your account

This erases the account row that holds your email, your password credential and your watchlist. It cannot be undone.

  • Erased immediately: your account record, password hash, watchlist codes and this session.
  • Kept: order and invoice records (plan, amount, deposit address, transaction ID), because accounting, tax and refund-dispute obligations require them; they stay unlinked from any live credential. USDT transfers on-chain cannot be erased by anyone.
  • Audit: we store a receipt id, the time and a SHA-256 of your address — never the address itself.

Two fields are required on purpose: a single click must not be able to destroy an account.

Sign in first — deleting an account needs a session and the matching email. The receipt check below works without one.
