There is no automatic “reset link” email on ExportSonar, and this page will not pretend there is one: a passwordless sign-in link is how you get back in, and if that does not reach you a human resets the password by hand. Here are the three routes that work today.

1Ask for a sign-in link
A sign-in link logs you in without the password: the link is single-use and stays valid for 15 minutes, and it normally arrives within a minute. If nothing shows up, check the spam folder first and then use route 3.
Request accepted. If the address is right, the link arrives within a minute and signs you in on this device for 15 minutes.
Why we never reveal whether an account exists: the request answers the same way for every address, so the reply cannot be used to discover who has an account here. A malformed address is still rejected — that is a format check, not a lookup, and it says nothing about whether the address is registered.

2Still signed in on a phone or another browser?
Change the password on your account page with the current one. The change signs the other sessions out, so do it from the device you trust.

3Have us reset it by hand
Write to support@exportsonar.com from the address on the account. Ownership is confirmed from that message and the password is reset by hand within one business day.

How do I reset my ExportSonar password?
There is no automatic reset email. If you are still signed in on a device, change the password on your account page with the current one. If you are not, request a sign-in link from the recovery page or write to support@exportsonar.com from the address on the account; ownership is confirmed from that message and the password is reset by hand within one business day.
Why does this site not send password reset links?
Because a reset link is a credential mailed to an address nobody has just proved they own, while a single-use sign-in link proves it in the same click. Request one from the recovery page; if it does not arrive, support resets the password by hand within one business day.
Can I sign in without a password?
Yes: requesting a link emails a single-use link valid for 15 minutes, and following it signs you in and lands you on your watchlist page. It normally arrives within a minute; if it does not, the password form on the sign-up page needs no email at all.
